Sam is an RIBA Chartered Architect with over 14 years’ experience in the industry, which includes 10 years post qualification. Working across a wide range of sectors including residential high rise, student accommodation (high rise), one off housing and extensions, listed buildings, and commercial developments. Working in both London and Manchester during her career.

She is a registered Principal Designer under the RIBA and has a proven successful track record with navigating high rise building projects through the Gateway process under the Building Safety Act.
