Our client approached us with a site they had purchased with the intention of achieving planning permission for a Residential Scheme comprising of 5No Flats.

The site had previously been granted planning permission for 4No Unit developement under previous ownership of the site that had since lapsed. The new proposal was to increase the units and conform the latest planning requirments and minimium space standards.

An added element to the brief was that the lower rise element would be a sympathetic renovation of a former Nailmakers Factory, which is now a listed building.
