Our client approached us with a property they were considering to purchase.
The house is currently a two bedroom semi detached cottage with split level accommodation to the rear of the property that sat adjacent to a stream and woodland.
The concept was to create a additional living space while making the most of the surroundings. We achieved this with a double height space with a large picture window to bring the woodland into the home to provide a cosy woodland retreat.
